HYROX is a fitness race and training style that combines running with functional strength work in a structured format.
Just like our CrossFit WODs, no two days are the same—but HYROX workouts are generally longer, more aerobic, and lower intensity. Think weighted lunges, wall balls (with a lighter weight!), sled pushes/pulls, farmer carries, running, rowing, and SkiErg. We do sometimes incorporate strength training movements into our HYROX classes if they complement the training objectives.
