CrossFit Classes

The definition of CrossFit is "constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity." This means our workouts are always different from the day before - you won't become a specialist, you'll become a generalist! Our workouts combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance training to provide a well-rounded athlete.

What to expect?

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.

All our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration. Most classes follow this basic structure:

  • Whiteboard Brief (explanation of the plan for class)
  • Warm Up
  • Demonstrations of movements/discussion of modifications
  • Accessory (focus on specific skills, drills, or strength)
  • Workout of the Day (WOD)
  • Cool down if time allows

Coaches provide guidance and feedback on your movements to keep you safe and movements efficient.

We are located on the south end of beautiful Whidbey Island, just 10 minutes from the Clinton Ferry terminal in the quaint town of Langley. Our gym is found next to the gravel track at the South Whidbey Community Center.
