The definition of CrossFit is "constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity." This means our workouts are always different from the day before - you won't become a specialist, you'll become a generalist! Our workouts combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance training to provide a well-rounded athlete.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
All our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration. Most classes follow this basic structure:
